@@osito_pu5367yeah PSA = 💩 but for me the last real opel its a opel vectra B, opel astra F or most recently opel zafira A not Opel Signum, Signum = 👎🏻

Nice drive in a good solid car again! I still can't comprehend how you can downshift so smoothly at highway speeds without rev matching. I mean, based on the way the techometer's needle goes up, I am assuming that there was no blip done on the throttle to match the revs -- but, again, it was still very smooth. Good job as always!

I am impressed by the result of test - 220 km/h on speedo in quite heavy only 175HP car which is from 2004 .

It actually does about 227 on speedo, real speed is about 216- 217, it just takes some time to get up the last 7... Old Opel Monza GSE 1984 with 180 HP did 219 km/h, it was lower and narrower which gives a little bit less total drag than the larger Signum.

An Omega B V6 with 180 HP can easily beat all of those. It is 100 kgs heavier but can go faster. So can a Senator B with the C30NE engine and 177 HP. Also almost as heavy as the Signum but faster. The time of "good Opels", many say, ended before the Signum...

This is OPEL. Today is french Peugeot with Opel badge. Opel will never be Opel again unless GM buys it back.

220 km/h for 175 HP is not a good performance... I was expecting more about an Opel! Thank you for the video, it was great, as always.

More stable at top speed than my calibra at 140kmh

in the speed limiter this car has... like many German cars but the acceleration is good.

Kann ich bestätigen, hatte von 2014 bis 2018 auch einen Vectra C Limousine mit dem Motor und der fuhr nach Tacho auch seine 220 bis 225 Kmh. Waren dann echte 212 bis 215 Kmh nach GPS, habe es damals mehr gemessen. Ging echt sehr gut für seine Leistung von nur 122 PS, war aber dafür kein Beschleunigungkönig.

@@e2face für einen 1,8 L gehen die schon ganz gut auch die anderen von Opel,wenn ich mir in Vergleich manche BMW VW ankucke mit gleiche Leistung lässt Opel viele stehen auf gleiche Leistung gleiches Gewicht,klar gibt es dann die Erbärmlichkeiten von Opel wo die großen Maschinen sehr lahm gemacht wurden,gans besonderst Omega B Vectra B v6 und auch die 3,2 V6 Vectra C habe alle aber alle von den stark überarbeitet,grade Leistung und scheiße am Motor was die nicht brauchen
