That is my motto.
I am a german car driver with 20 + years of driving experience and as you could have guessed: I love cars. I show you how I drive from my POV with two onboard cams. There is “no speedlimit“ for me, only the limit of the car can stop me. I demonstrate acceleration tests ( 0-100 kph / 0-200 kph / 100-200 kph / 200-300 kph ), high-speed-runs and test drives on the German Autobahn / Deutsche Autobahn. With my videos I want to give you a real and raw driving experience with all type of cars (manual, automatic, electric, hybrid) and all the noises that come with it. So let‘s find out how fast I can drive, shall we? But I have one last message for you: Please don‘t test your limits on the streets when you don‘t know what you are doing. Soy un conductor de automóviles alemán con más de 20 años de experiencia como conductor y como habrás adivinado: me encantan los automóviles. Te muestro cómo conduzco desde mi punto de vista con dos cámaras a bordo. No hay "límite de velocidad" para mí, solo el límite del automóvil puede detenerme. Demuestro pruebas de aceleración (0-100 kph / 0-200 kph / 100-200 kph / 200-300 kph), así como pilotaje a alta velocidad y pruebas de conducción en la autopista alemana / Deutsche Autobahn.     If I saw that correctly, the top indicated speed was 221 km/h. And the car looked completely stable and nothing rattled. Impressive!

    That's right, the standard model had a top speed of 216 km/h, the gauge misread is only 5 km/h at top speed, the GS/E model has a little lower drag, 0.35 versus the standard model's 0.36, so it has a top speed of 219, or 224 on the speedometer. We have had a Senator CD 1982 and the build quality and interior are on a different level than the simpler Opel models, you are very close to Mercedes. But this is an Automatic, the manual ones are faster and the GS/E even faster because it has a special sports gearbox that gives the acceleration 0-100 km/h in 7.9 seconds.

    The Monza was one of the top models of Opel's upper class sport coupé with an injection engine, which was still standard at the time

    Not only impressive, but that was Opel at the time! I got an Omega B, which is the very last one to be built on the same platform, and it behaves like a big old boat at any speed, just glides. And that is of a lower quality than these (the straight 6 engines were gone, the 3-speed "oldschool slushbox" was gone). Monza was built in the period of the finest velour...

    Die Straßenlage vom Monza steht aktuellen Fahrzeugen in nichts nach. Das Auto war seiner Zeit diesbezüglich definitiv voraus. Die 3-Gang Automatik konnte mich allerdings überhaupt nicht begeistern. Hier wäre mir das Schaltgetriebe lieber gewesen.

    A drivetrain that you won't break so quickly. The 24 valve may have more power, but it is much more vulnerable

    It came in the fall of 1984, but it could be an early model, the fourth step could be disconnected for sport mode. It was introduced primarily for lower fuel consumption.

    It has a three-speed automatic and 220 is fast enough for a car with such a chassis, but a 4 or 5 gear would be good for many classic cars

    I hope this monza has the oil cooler. In the A2 it was optional and standard in the GSE. At these speeds the camshaft eats itself on cilinder 6 and the oil pressure drops because of the oil beeing to hot and oil starvation. But a nice monza nontheless!

    3:50 many décades ago, Opel have built générations of reliables cars : Manta, Ascona, Kadett, Commodore,and huge Admiral and Diplomat. Now with Stellantis👎👎💩💩🤮

    9:17 wundert mich dass der Monza bei 220km/h schon den roten Bereich am DZM kratzt. Er hat doch 3 Liter Hubraum. Komisch.

    Was hat der Hubraum mit dem Uebersetzungsverhältnis zu tun? NICHTS! Das Auto ist perfekt übersetzt und erreicht seine Höchstgeschwindigkeit bei genau der Drehzahlgrenze zum ORANGEN DZM Bereich. Kurzzeitig sind noch höhere Drehzahlen, als 6000 U/min erlaubt, der ORANGE Bereich geht bis 6300 U/min., erst dann beginnt der ROTE.

    Leider erlaubte die GM ihrer deutschen Tochter nicht, einen Nachfolger zu entwickeln. Die GM hatte ab der Ölkrise nicht mehr das Geld.

    Du gehst zu früh vom Gas, draufbleiben, dann macht man Dir auch die linke Spur eher frei. Geschwindigkeiten bis 220 Km/h sind doch noch gemütlich ;-)

    Ein cih dreht nicht gern über 6 k der kolben des 1.6 er cih motor sprich 60ps wiegt schon knapp 700 gramm der cih hat seine Leistung und drehmoment recht früh so bei 4000 das guss Teil bis 6 zu drehen ist schon Quälerei

    @@DaemonWeiss Es ist kein 1.6N, die Kurbelwelle hat beim Monza A2 3.0 E 12 Gegengewichte,einen Ölkühler und die Leistung steht erst bei 5800 U/min an, die zulässige Dauerdrehlzahl wäre laut Betriebsanleitung sogar 6400 U/min. Der Ventiltrieb setzt eher Grenzen ohne Veränderung, die Drehfreude ist nur bei Hubraumerweiterung auf knapp 4 Liter eingeschränkter, bzw. 2.7 Liter beim Vierzylinder durch den längeren Hub der Kurbelwelle.
