I like the recipes, but the length of time is far too long. Watching an onion sliced twice and placed twice in the meat is enough, etc. The videos could/should be 3-4 minutes. Sure I can simply avoid Cookrate, but I like the recipes and the ideas they provide. If Cookrate can't/won't shorten the videos (by omitting the redundancy), could Cookrate please provide detailed recipes, including directions? Thank you!
