I think I'll add some chopped up bacon to the grated potato and maybe some fresh herbs from our herb garden eg oregano or thyme, as well. Looking forward to trying this recipe for breakfast in the morning....cheers from Aotearoa New Zealand.

I make this all the time seasoned with celery salt, garlic powder, parsley, smoked paprika and onion. For convenience I used packaged grated dehydrated potatoes sold as hash browns and dried onion flakes.

Supposed to squeeze the water out of the potato before you put in the pan. Plus grate an onion with the potato. Add butter to the frying pan to get the hash brown crispy

Come on. Veg oil is no more an “ingredient” than water for boiling pasta. And if you also consider salt and pepper - the two most basic seasonings as “ingredients”, then you really shouldn’t be handling knives or operating a stove. But I guess you just wanted to show off that you could count to six.

Main ingredients are only 2. Salt n pepper are for flavours n green onion is for garnishing n it's totally optional

А я постоянно так жарю, но только не одно яйцо, а 5-7 яиц - обалденно вкуусно и сытно 😍👍😋😋😋 Яйцо можно так как глазунья или как омлет - разницы нет, всеровно вкусно 😋😋😋

Пацаны! Нае***и, нифига не 5 минут! Пока картошку почистишь - это 15 минут, пока пожаришь картошку, еще 10 минут, достать яйцо из холодильника еще 2 минуты. Нарезать лук еще 5 минут, посолить, поперчить еще 3 минуты. Короче отписка, зачем писать заголовок который не соответствует действительности! Решил приготовить по данному рецепту, опоздал на работу. Итог, уволили к чертям!
