Recipe:
-3 eggs
-Salt, pepper to taste
First, thoroughly wash the eggs with a food cleaner, as harmful bacteria can accumulate on the surface. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. Make sure not a drop of yolk gets into the egg whites, as it won't stiffen otherwise.
Add salt, pepper, and a pinch of seasoning to the yolks and stir lightly. You can choose seasonings to your taste.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they form a fluffy, firm mass.
Heat a dry pan and add a piece of butter. Pour the yolk mixture over it and spread it evenly over the entire surface by gently tilting the pan. Cook the yolk over medium heat.
Once the yolk has solidified on the bottom, carefully pour the whipped egg whites over it and smooth it out to prevent it from overflowing the edges of the egg pancake.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 5-8 minutes. During this time, the egg whites should set. When you press it with your finger, it should spring back and not stick to your hand.
Transfer the omelette to a plate, cut it in half, and fold it with the egg white side inside. Cut the omelette into bite-sized pieces and serve. Enjoy your meal!
