Hello, my friends😍 Today I will show you a recipe Cheese Crescent Rolls. This recipe is very easy to prepare and takes little time, but it turns out so delicious!
Ingredients:
Dough:
* Flour - 300 g
* Vegetable oil - 60 g
* Sour cream - 200 g
* Baking powder - 5 g
* Salt - 3 g
Filling:
* Cheese - 150 g
* Boiled eggs - 3 pieces
* Garlic - 1-2 cloves
* A bunch of cilantro
* Salt, black pepper to taste
Egg wash:
* Sesame seeds
Preparation:
* Combine sifted flour with baking powder.
* Mix sour cream with salt and vegetable oil, stir.
* Combine both mixtures and knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
* Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
* For the filling, combine shredded cheese, finely chopped boiled eggs, salt to taste, garlic, and black pepper to taste.
* Shape the dough into a rope and divide it into 6 portions. Round each portion.
* On a floured surface, roll out a portion of the dough into a circle with a diameter of 20-22 cm.
* Cut into 4 segments. Place a filling roll on the wide part, press it down. Form the pastry, starting from the wide part. The narrow end should be under the pastry.
* Place on parchment paper with a non-stick coating and optionally brush with egg wash, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
* Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack without convection for 20 minutes until golden brown.
* Cool on a wire rack
