Ingredients for 24-26 pieces:
1 egg
65 g room temperature butter
50 ml milk
170 g powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar/vanilla extract
40 g cocoa powder
180 g flour
10 g baking powder
Powdered sugar for dusting the cookies
Instructions:
* Mix the egg, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, and butter. Add milk and mix well. Sift cocoa powder, add flour, and incorporate baking powder. Knead the dough until smooth.
* Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for 1-2 hours.
* Take out the dough, line parchment paper, and form small dough balls with a teaspoon. One cookie should consist of 1 teaspoon of dough. Shape the balls with your hands and generously coat them with powdered sugar. To minimize sticking, lightly grease your hands with a drop of oil. Place the cookies on the parchment paper, leaving a significant distance between each one (about 3-4 cm).
* Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
