Positive vibrations operate on a higher frequency, I like her introspection on this subject. We don't have to learn to manifest, we already do it NOW, including self-sabotage, even though unconsciously, and if we spent more time thinking about what we're thinking about and re-route those thought channels that we've wired ourselves with new ones through awareness and inspired action, and you'll be surprised how much power we really have to change anything you want with discipline and consistency.

Course correcting! So important to know we can always do this, but it takes awareness and the unending desire to reach your goal and faith that you can.

I will never ever forget the day (or where we were 🌴🇫🇯) when you first told me about your idea to start a wine importation business. You were so excited and you had such incredible plans. And look where you are now! Such an inspiration 🌟

I follow Alleah on TikTok and am constantly inspired by her. To hear her talk about her journey in more detail makes me feel even more connected to her! She’s an incredible force of energy and I firmly believe in the exercises she gifts us with to improve our own lives. Alleah, you rock!

When I was in high school one of my football coaches lived by the statement “your mind should be like a sponge” I enjoyed hearing your take on how to harness that curiosity for positive outcomes. Nice job

Absolutely! I had a client recently who was really "not sure" how to grow her business without having to do ALL THE WORK and effort it took to get to it's current level of success.... but she flexed being curious about it for a few days strongly, was able to stop saying "how will I ever..." and within a month or two a beautiful growth path presented itself. This isn't quick magic...but it always works.

I AM CURIOUS - sooo powerful! Got goosebumps listening to the opening story. Totally can relate.

"I don't know" This is removed from my vocabulary in my head. So simple and so powerful. I was at this amazing talk to experience live. Watching it again brought back all of the positive emotions from the months of coaching and group sessions in her Flow coaching program. I am reminded of how much Alleah has positively impacted my life and those I live and work with. I am forever grateful for her dedication to the nuances of her energy work and her willingness to share it with whoever it resonates with. Alleah speaks from her own experience which is very inspirational. We all hold the power to change our lives by simply changing our thoughts to being curious rather than not knowing. Saying "I don't know" will not help you manifest what you want in your life!
