I have always found it difficult to find oxygen at airports. Either the FBO doesn't have it or if they do you only get a partial fill. This is the solution the has worked for me. The Devilbiss iFill 535 oxygen generator and fill machine.
Works great as a portable unit and with the adapter I fabricated it also will fill a permanent installed bottle. Disclaimer: Use this information at your own risk if filling your aircraft permanent bottle system. I have had no problems at all, but there is controversy over the issue.

The zeolite in the concentrator will absorb the humidity so it shouldn’t be a problem. The problem you might run into is using the concentrator outside, it may be exposed to a lot of humidity which will shorten the life of the sieve beds in the concentrator. But those are parts that can be serviced, the zeolite material can be replaced when necessary. You can also modify your transfill whip to fill standard medical grade tanks that don’t have that special connector. I do the same with my invacare homefill system
