She's magnificent. She really lives and loves the Greatest Instrument Ever Devised and it's just amazing what she's already capable of. She's only going to get better and continue to blow our minds. That was the 1st 5-string upright I've seen. Hm. I have nothing at all against basses with more than the usual 4 strings... however... I just plain ol' love the 4 traditional strings and have never felt a need for more. The Bass is already perfect as God made it, with 4 mighty strings. I do wish all of the multi-stringed bass players out there well. Vive la difference!

Unpopular opinion but I tend to agree; I see a lot of these type of clips of female musicians and a seemingly disproportionate number of them seem to be wearing skimpy tops or sometimes it looks like they’re just wearing a bra. Which is unfortunate really because a lot of them are genuinely talented musicians but their talent seems to be overshadowed by the amount of skin showing.

Unpopular opinion I’m sure, but since everyone else is giving theirs I figure mine is as valid as anyone’s; been a keyboard player (piano/organ/synth plus percussion for nearly 50 years I think I might know what I’m talking about lol 😂
