Mine started in forearms , ended up in elbows , like if i do a fast movement , my elbow can pop , but it mostly feels like it is spiked and instant pain , and later on if i have a rest day , its a pulse-like pain Had this since a year and a half , i didn t take care of it , my doctor is annoying me with his boring answers and honestly i lose hope of ever going back to gym. I m 16 btw@@Stevieutah

Thank you Any r comondeation for Common extensor tendinosis at the proximal tendon insertion. Common flexor calcific tendinosis at the proximal tendon insertion. Small laminated partial tear at the distal biceps tendon insertion.

Well i don't feel it normally but the moment i lift it in any position a little bit of load and it starts this weird pain, it's not a lot but noticeable and i have to put my elbow in relax postition, , on the other hand it really hinders my workout (out of gym for a month or so).this pain happened even before gym but it was not like this always, there's this slight burn as well with the pain, and during work-out my elbow tenden gets stiff and i cannot do biceps curls with 7..5 kg for 3 sets without difficulty ( this went on for 4 months) eventually i gave up on biceps and the stiff tenden during workout went severally down( i don't do full body workout, but that not including biceps during the week helps in rest of workout,), but this is only felt when the pull towards my chest or head and in opposite direction, i brought the massage ball with pointy spikes and it helps too al lot, but is there a way you can identify what it is?

When I turn my elbow inwards during the exercise I feel my elbow pop. Do you know what could be causing this? All I see is tennis elbow and golf elbow but my is directly at the back of my elbow not on either side.
Is it the same if the pain is on the inside of my elbows(the bend on the inside)? I can’t extend them all the way either my arm just won’t let me

Pain that radiates might be due to a nerve. Try searching“radial nerve flossing exercises”

What to do if you can’t even do that? Best i can do is not fully straightened and i can even turn one or the other way? Least pain i feel if my wrist is pointing outwards.

@@smokeyff1756take a break , take both 15-20min hot and cold baths , be careful not to ever stretch your arms , also try not letting them become inflamated . Try using forearm for most stuff instead of elbow . Eventually it will heal for most...not for me tho , i didn t take care when needed
