I love how when the guy playing Enjolras comes out, he gets a ton of recognition and screams, whereas when the guy playing Marius sings to strangers, he gets mostly weird looks.

it's because Enjolras is played by a famous Polish singer Łukasz Zagrobelny who is more recognisable than Marcin Mroziński who plays Marius. Personally I love both of them.

Because us Poles are revolutionaries at heart so obviously Enjolras, the leader of the uprising, would be treated as a celebrity.

The text, as much as I could pick it and translate: One more day Tomorrow will bring a new lot (fate?) ... a new step One who knows the secret Surely will come for the 2nd time One more day It is only today that I have begun to live [a man sings] And the lot plans to separate us One more day You will be far at the dawn But still, the dawn is a gift of hope One more empty day [a woman sings] When will we meet again? One more day without him I do not want to live without you [...] the words spoken softly, again I am lonely before the Lord Only you and I, nobody else But He still does not see me One more day And you will be here Look at the right! [a single, male voice] Freedom is on barricades [our] brothers want to fight And the troops will go to fight Why do I hesitate to go or not to go You want to fight side by side with me We are going [?...] One more day Still one more day to the revolution That will not last for two days, even I myseld will go to the troop, and fight [a man walking down the stairs sings] Let they dance in their own blood One more day All have left [women sing] They balooned us Running away [?] from [?] the paradise Be careful They were so angry! It is a gain for us Let us do so, let nobody has a job This day is a day of the change With the flag of our colors Everyone can be a king Everyone is his own king We are gaing the world, back Listen! When the folk sings! I want to fight I will stay here I am the day [a single male voice st the back] I will go in between the rich ones One folk is one lord! It will not last long We will show them! The judgement will be tomorrow Tomorrow it will be known What fate [lot] God will grant to us One more day, and the dawn [...] [ I could not pick up the last few words]

+Elżbieta Tracewicz A bit of correction: Valjean: One more day Tomorrow will bring a new fate A new step into my eternal Calvary Because the one who knows the secret Surely will come for the 2nd time One more day Marius: It is only today that I have begun to live And the fate plans to separate us V&M: One more day Cossette & Marius: You will be far at the dawn But still, the dawn is a gift of hope Eponine: One more empty day C&M: When will we meet again? E: One more day without him C&M: I do not want to live without you E: Always alone, still alone C&M: Only you and nobody else E: But he still does not see me Enjolras: One more day And you will be here M: Do I have the right to follow her? Enj: Freedom is on barricades M: If my brothers want to fight Enj: When the troops will go to fight M: Why do I hesitate like a coward Enj: Do you want to fight beside me Choir + soloists in the crowd: This is the day! This is the time! ?: One more day Javert: Still one more day to the revolution That will not last for two days, even I myself will go mix with the kids Let they dance in their own blood Many: One more day Thenardiers: They are all crazy But we're ok with this One wants his paradise, Another has it here already Ring or a tooth We're getting rich Corpse has no spendings So he isn't losing Choir (2 groups) One more day till the great change. With the flag of our colors Everyone can be a king Everyone is his own king We are getting the world back Listen! When the people sing! Marius: I want to fight I will stay here ?: One more day (mixed voices, different texts) Javert (strong male voice over mixed others): I will go in between the heros Where they, there I go I will work out their secrets Revolution doesn't last long Still one more day to the revolution (here we can hear Thenardiers "They are all crazy" part) That will not last for two days, even (here you can hear Cosette) We will show to these kids (fades off) Valjean: Tomorrow, to be far from here Tomorrow, the judgement will be done Tomorrow it will be known What fate God will grant to us One more day, and the dawn One more night

Warsau I have watched your performance about 12 different times this year and am trying to put into words why I like you all. First, I like shopping center platform, second I am pleased with the audience pretending they don't know what is going on, thirdly, the videorecorder did an excellent job focusing on the main solists and fourthly, at the final stanza the young lady with the construction helmet that is too big has a very infectious smile that can melt sand. Congradulations I award you the Tom Thomas Super Star award for the top flash mob performance for 2014.

Kinga Dz Please, don't butcher the language of Shakespeare and Milton by using Google translate :( You surely meant "they aren't playing it any more", as "już" in this context translates differently :p

This is epic. I never understood anything. But still, it's just so epic. Their voices were great and everyone's voice complimented each other. Everyone's balanced and you hear them all especially in the overlapping parts. Epic mob. Great voices. That's all.

I'm glad you like it. :) Yes, their voices work together, don't they...? Basicly because they're actors of ROMA Musical Theatre - the most famous musical theatre in Poland (Cats, Miss Saigon, Grease, Dance of the Vampires, you name it! :) ) and used to work together, some of them for decades. Eponine, Mr. Thénardier and Javert are working together at this theatre for over ten years for sure.
