Sheldon Davis, 46, was convicted in March of homicide, arson and endangering by fire in the homicide of 52-year-old Denise Anderson. Her body was found in Davis’ apartment after a fire on Aug 1, 2019. Authorities say Anderson died of traumatic injuries before the fire. In this video, we'll discuss Sheldon Davis' character and how he manipulates and deceives people in a way that is both criminal and baffling. We'll explore his behavior and discuss why he's one of the worst liars any of us has ever encountered.
Davis is interviewed here by Bailey Hurley.

I cannot believe you guys missed a huge slip of tongue which literally gives away his entire scenario and explains all the emphases he's been making throughout the video. He said that after the separation which resulted in a restraining order, he decided to go back to her and give the relationship a second chance "to look good"; immediately after this slip he corrected himself. I'm almost positive he hated this woman and wanted to kill her in that previous incident, but she pushed a restraining order against him so if she was killed, he knew everyone would be suspicious of him instantly. He waited for a while and then made good with her to act as if they were a good couple again. He took this girl to a lot of places with surveillance throughout the previous days (that's the reason why he puts a lot of emphasis on the places that they had fun in prior days and talks about the cameras) and when he thought he made a good enough impression, he killed her. This is why his only alibi is "we were good, had no problems".

@@stevepeterson5943 Oh I wish I had heard that. I've always had horses too and being around them so much, I'm sure I became part of their little herd, and where their attention was, so was mine, without even thinking about it. I always noticed that my chestnut would be the one to poke his head over the crest of a hill when I called because I couldn't see them, to say, yes, we are here and we hear you, all's fine. My little grey horse seemed to be the one to hear the slightest sounds, while the chestnut, appy and bay kept grazing. They were pretty consistent, I thought, so it would be great to hear about any studies on that kind of horse behaviour. Yes, Mark is a wealth of interesting knowledge.

It’s funny that you say that because it brings me back to when my grandfather had passed away, and I was standing in the middle of Meyer bawling my eyes out in the carpet rug section because the last days I got to spend with my grandfather I was cleaning his rugs and he was standing at the back slider door, micromanaging me and basically everything I was doing was wrong, but do you know what I would give to go back to that moment and clean those rugs one more time that’s how much I miss so you are absolutely right when people truly mean something to you something as simple as a smell can just break you.

Chase, I love your emphasis on the genetics of neurotransmitters. I was an ICU nurse for 40 years and observed many different conditions, including many rare diseases. I never encountered, in practice, any diagnoses related to a genetic neurotransmitter defect such as you are talking about, except for depression and anxiety. Either it is rare or not well defined. If you add the complexity of addiction, which is huge in today’s society, then the effects of neurotransmitter dysfunction becomes visible and hard to ignore. Drugs deplete our neuroreceptors until we are so depressed that we have to continue to use. One of the conclusions I have reached from your program is that severe childhood trauma leads to severe dysfunction as an adult, biologically and psychologically.

“I left - so many things to do - I can’t disclose b/c of the ongoing case, but I definitely left before the fire started - uh - happened…” Plus, all the folks the investigator told him accused him of “doing it” he said with some confidence of certainty “They weren’t there. They don’t know b/c they weren’t there.” If he wasn’t the killer and he wasn’t there, how does he know for sure one of those others named wasn’t there or didn’t do it? Narcissists give themselves away. Not too hard to read between lines this wide. Right?

I wonder if that was why he took so many videos with her where they're looking all nice and happy and what-not. He told Lenny he was thinking about killing her, right? So if it was premeditated to an extent, all those photos and videos of them looking happy that he took on his phone might've been just "to look good."

People didn’t listen to children like they do now. I was devastated at 8 after moms od and no one even paid me any attention, some pitied me but it was all about poor dad left alone to care for the kids. No grief support, mental or emotional support… he frequently threatened me with orphanage placement and I was always terrified. Best description i have heard Of Grief- Grief is all the unvoiced love, the unmade memories, the missed touches and kisses and hugs that fill the broken heart to bursting and now have no place to go. It is length of all the paths taken and those that will never be taken because the hand you were meant to hold as you travel. is gone. It is the weight of every moment you shared multiplied by those you won't. That is why it feels like an overwhelming wave. It isn't something scheduled or controlled

I have some questions... if someone IS falsely accused of something, wouldn't they spend a lot of time thinking about that and how to get across to others that they're falsely accused? If they believe there IS another perpetrator, should they be viewed as a liar if they bring up the alternative possible suspect? It'd be great if you guys could find an interview of someone who was later exonerated of the crime they were convicted of, and how they speak about it, or how they spoke about it pre-exoneration if there are interviews available on that. If you could find video on Tyrone Day, or Sidney Holmes, Martin Santillan, or Leonard Cure to analyze, that might be very interesting!
