    Um honestly with all the trainers and nutritionists prob not much more. I’m sure there is more things he does on certain days but if I were a betting man I’d say not much more.

    half pullups done fast are for explosiveness. Full pullups done slow are for building muscle. the ability to move furniture for long periods of time, etc.

    Most wrestlers look way bigger because 1- they have over developped neck and upper traps making them look alot bigger than they really are. 2- Most wrestlers have walking and competition weight. He competes at 163 but walks around 180lb id say

    Agreed, the pull ups were slightly better than the chinups but talking about his back and lats and doing such a short range of motion was funny to hear.. hell mike chang's "record breaking" pull ups were better.

    They are better to create explosiveness and quickness than complete range of motion pull ups .
