Um honestly with all the trainers and nutritionists prob not much more. I’m sure there is more things he does on certain days but if I were a betting man I’d say not much more.

If he gets acclimated to a striking discipline that compliments his wrestling, he'd be a beast.

half pullups done fast are for explosiveness. Full pullups done slow are for building muscle. the ability to move furniture for long periods of time, etc.

@W Baldwin he is for non olympic years because there are more weight classes for world championships. olympics only has seven weight classes so dake is challenging burroughs

he can't get any bigger to stay at his weight. he's been a gold medalist since 2012 while staying at 74kg all this time so at this point it's more about maintaining for him. he's an old dude lol

i dont know much about this stuff but you really believe this is the complete look at his training regiments? this is a short video of demonstration or peek at some of the more simplified training. at least thats my opinion

I dont think he has any interest in being in the UFC. Olympic athletes are different and compete for different reasons.

Most wrestlers look way bigger because 1- they have over developped neck and upper traps making them look alot bigger than they really are. 2- Most wrestlers have walking and competition weight. He competes at 163 but walks around 180lb id say

I refuse to believe this video. The is a watered down, babied sugar coated version of his actual drill. Also there isn’t a spin drill. There is no running from the spin drill. The spin drill is life. The spin drill is law.

Agreed, the pull ups were slightly better than the chinups but talking about his back and lats and doing such a short range of motion was funny to hear.. hell mike chang's "record breaking" pull ups were better.

They are better to create explosiveness and quickness than complete range of motion pull ups .
