you do realise that exercising in itself is a form of stretching? when you contract and relax a muscle, it stretches. if you are already lifting, warm up with stretches if you'd like, but its not really going to change much.

You can say he's at a much happier point in his life than before. From talking about battling with drug addictions in his music to this..... I'd say is a damn good improvement.

He looks skinny because he IS skinny, naturally, and there is nothing fxcking wrong with it. Metabolism is a thing and his daughter got his saaame body type. Men gotta be THICC now too? 😅 I don't know who the fxck brainwashed men into thinking women want THE HULK and Beast from X-Men crushing us in the bedroom but that's a NO from me 😂 and all of his admirers. Bruce Lee was FIT not swole, and actually rather petite in all respects but he could DEMOLISH 50 Cent's bxtchass any day any second. Muscles are cool but not everything. I love 😍 Colson's body type and would take Bruce Lee any day as well. It's about functionality, not being huge. As an exercise science major and big MGK fan, this was dope. I like seeing artists staying healthy(ish) rather than fucking their bodies up like most do.

This dude really grew on me. Love him!

Stretching and just working out in general helps so much day to day life! It makes you smile inside. Teaches you how to pick up heavy objects because you end up squatting naturally 😂
