It’s a joy watching her and what she can do

I have trained my entire life and in many different ways. This is exactly the kind of thing that inspires me. And I LOVE female athletes! No ego here. I’m inspired by everyone! This is so inspiring and entertaining!!! 🤣

All things aside, Claire is a better athlete. She almost won the weight run against an opponent well above her weight class. She has a very high power to weight ratio, amazing balance and flexibility to match. If you're reading this, then you are sitting down watching KZread so she could probably kick your ass.

Yep. He purposely stalled at the top so she could catch up and climbed down rather than sliding like she did. FYI climbing down in rope climbing is actually harder than climbing up.

This video was very entertaining and had me looking up more about Claire Thomas. Also anyone seen Claire's more recent IG post where she does a new high jump record that looks like that 40 inch box height plus a stack of barebells? Not sure how high is was, but looked at least 4 feet high seeing as it was up to her chest. Still couldn't believe she pulled it off.

Great spirit, most of the fitness freaks looks stressed , depressed but this girl shows a great balance of mind and body and we can learn much from her and before i believed that you lose your face glow but now i dont think so . One thing i would like to know if she is a vegetarian or non-veg.

Some months back, in a KZread video I watched a friendly competition between an Australian infantry man & a USMC grunt, both of the boys crossed 20 pull ups, with the Oz maxing out at 22 & the marine @ 27.
