@@javier77street yep that’s fair enough. With a lot of these power ballad singers they now have tech that boosts them during live performances. There is no way you can blast these songs out of you every night year after year. You need to protect your voice.

I've been in love with her for years. Once I was working in a movie theater in Westwood California as a door man when she and a few of her friends came to watch a film in the afternoon. There was a record shop across the street I ran over at my break and bought one of her records and when she was leaving I asked her to sign it for me, and she did. One of my coworkers told her what I had just done and she said that was very sweet and gave me a kiss on my cheek! I still have the record!

In 1975 when i was 9 years old I had my grandmother buy me her new album clearly love because her photos on that album i thought were so hot of her ,her music was very mainstream i became a hard rock heavy metal guitar player R.I.P Beauty

Olivia Newton John was one of kind. She will be deeply missed!

What an absolute goddess she was 😍

I had the privilege of meeting Olivia after her "Heartstrings Tour" in 2002 while undergoing my own chemo treatment. She gently held my hand for about 2 seconds with only her fingers (not whole handed) and slowly tilted her head to the right side and gave me the biggest smile . . . In that very moment, I felt such a positive electricity that I cannot put into words for you... All I can say, is that I turned to my dear friend who drove me to see her, and I told him that I knew that I was gonna be ok, & ya know what? 14 years later, I write this 💯% cured! Maybe I cannot express that experience in words, but I can say that she's an earthly angel, to say the least. I just love & respect her with all my heart!! ❤ She is beautiful inside & out and just oozes positive energy 👍

Yeah, same. Big Grease fan but I didn’t expect to feel as sad as I do right now. Just finished watching the film for the 100th time and it never loses its magic, and probably never will. She truly was amazing in every sense of the word.

She is absolutely remarkable. Her voice makes me feel alive and powerful. She puts so much heart into her singing. RIP Australia’s greatest legend. 🕊️ ❤

+ Melanie, true but with one glaring exception LANADELREY can sing sapprano with Olivia, Streisand or Celine, but can go lower than any of them dare. She's got this sultry smoking seductive range that can break your heart. Plus she's an incredible writer, 7 albums plus over 170 songsthat were stolen from her hard drive and downloaded for all of us to marvel at, but a tragedy really. I was around when Olivia Newton John was in her prime along with Helen Ready Joni Mitchell Etc. and consider her to be best to have ever done it, male or female- any genre. Her, Whitney Houston and only a few other female singers were only a few who seem to have it all. Both had beautiful voices with enchanting physical beauty and presence to match it.. In 1976 my friend Bill and I waited outside behind the Carolina Collesium after a Jim Stafford/Olivia Newton John concert to meet her. When she finally came out we were the last two left. She said my name Drayton was a lovely name. I just about melted into the pavement.
