    Usyk had to lunge a LOT and change his style a bit to reach Fury. He cut down on the lateral movement so he could stay in reach and he had to avoid crouching to avoid those uppercuts to the kisser. I liked the addition of the lead R hook and those body jabs. I'm a big fan of power jabs.

  • @nilocdyob
    @nilocdyob23 күн бұрын

    This was the best Fury, he prepared himself well though his game was plan flawed, keeping Usyk on the outside, bring the bigger man and using his jab was working. Usyk found the way to beat him as the aggressor for most of the fight and came very close to stopping Fury. Both guys put on a great fight. Usyk could easily retire now, but I doubt he will, even though he’s got nothing left to prove. Usyk vs Parker or Wilder could be interesting fights. Parker will be the more dangerous, he seems to be on fire now.

    It was 5-2 going into 8th round. Usyk took that 8th. And scored 2 points in the 9th which brought them even going into the 10th. 10th and 11th Usyk took and Fury had the 12th. Very close fight, cos for me it would have been a draw of 6 rounds a piece if not for the extra point Usyk gained a lead for with the knock down in the 9th. Saying that, the ref should have awarded Usyk the knock out victory.

    Didn’t Crawford go up 2 weight classes to beat Errol Spence way more decisively? Usyk was getting dominated for multiple rounds vs Fury. It’s a sign of great heart, but both Inoue and Crawford are dominating bigger guys. I believe if it wasn’t for a left hook landing in the eight that seemed to break/damage Tyson’s nose it would have been a decisive victory for Fury. Seemed like every close round was given to Usyk by two judges.

    Usyk did to Fury what he does to everyone else he fights that's talented. Hunter, Bellew, Chisora, AJ, Dubois and Fury... he wears them out.. .they may get some of theirs during the middle rounds... but Usyk is just draining them so he can kill them in the second half of the fight. It's just how he fights.... and he did it again to Fury.

    Fury Ran and hug the whole fight against an undermotivated Klitschko then avoided the rematch / got caught taking steroids but media kept it quiet. fought an overrated American who was avoiding Joshua then fought nothing but bums in two year intervals after going life and death with the same overrated American. Avoided Aj for years while calling him out (chose to fight wilder for less money) went life and death with Walin, mocked Joshua for losing to two top ranked heavyweights claiming one was a glorified middleweight that he would never get backed up by only to be floored by a first fight novice and then absolutely wrecked by so called middleweight. Fought only 2 top ten ranked opponents and was absolutely schooled by one of them. Got bullied and went Life and death by Francis Ngannou and claimed that was one of his hardest fight, and AJ wipe the flow off Francis Ngannou Skilled boxer? Yes but defo overrated and a stain on the sport as far as character is concerned at least we know Usyk will actually defend his belts against whoever earns a shot

    Uysk just beat up a man who outweighed him by three stone, out reached him by seven inches, and stood 6 inches taller than him. For Crawford to do the same, he'd need to move up to cruiserweight and beat Opetai. This is why he called Uysk P4P. He understands boxing. You don't.
