If they said “yeah, I agree that the Taliban should be banned as well, I just think Trump should also be banned for violating the community guidelines,” I wouldn’t agree but I would at least respect them having some consistent moral standards. On a macro level this really isn't about Trump or the Taliban. We have a whole generation being taught to accept a point of view without questioning it. Critical thinking is being discouraged. Teaching one viewpoint without giving the opposite is the definition of indoctrination. I agree that things are different these online places never existed before, but limitations of speech for any reason other than direct threat of harm contradict everything we stand for as a country. Even worse, as you stated, Trump can be what some might consider an idiot (which is why imo people dont care)but let's remember what he was specifically removed for, encouraging another protected right of American peoples. They told them that they were incapable of helping themselves out of their situations, without their(Dem) help. Leftist politicians were constantly insulting Black people and other Minority Americans by saying moronic things like, they are incapable of getting State ID, they are fearful, they need to be helped (by them) even though they have licenses, can drive, rent houses, buy houses, have bank accounts, initiate utility, cable and other services, etc, etc, just like all Americans do. No Americans are as lame as Leftists make them and other Minority Americans out to be.
