I've had nothing but good experiences with Old Glory Guns. They have a huge selection and have always done right by me, but I also have not purchased a used gun from them. If they are selling a gun that is listed as "sold as is", I wouldn't be bidding on it to begin with. I think the problem here is that you expected the best from the worst lol. You bought one of the crappiest guns and bought it used. You could fit a deck of cards in that slide-to-frame fit. Save your money for something worth the money, or at least a NEW firearm. Hopefully you read the seller's policies/item descriptions more carefully next time. They can't test every firearm that comes into the shop. I understand your frustration, but I also understand their side of it. Goodluck to you bud! God bless.

I don’t care new or used, They said it was in good working order so obviously they tested it, at least racked the slide like I did. And said “well this is fine to sell” and listed it. They took zero responsibility. Their final offer was for me to send it back on my dime, have their “gunsmith” look at it on my dime, and any parts and labor to fix would of been on MY DIME! Fuck out of here.. That’s not good customer relations and Justin is a FUDD

I'm really sorry you went through an ordeal like this. Thank goodness for media like this to let people know what to watch out for out there. You mentioned a Liberty Arms that took care of you. Which one? There's a few of them out there.

Appreciate it, it’s really sad that in our community there’s some bad apples.. The seller libertytreeguns on gunbroker I was talking about, they’re out of Carthage, MO. They have a huge selection, have “make an offer” on lots of items and they ship fast with good communication. Free layaway and the most important, they stand behind their products. They can be a little on the upper side in pricing sometimes, but I’ve never had issues w them, and feel like I never will.

Khar isn’t known for its quality, some one ran some crazy hot reloads or a steady diet of 147 grain hot factory through it. All of which would not show up during a cleaning/racking of the slide.

Wouldn’t show up when racking the slide???? The first time I racked the slide, it got stuck backwards and wouldn’t close. That’s how I knew it was fucked up!

Damn, you got screwed bro, and that gun shop should be ashamed of what they did! I can't believe your credit card company denied your claim... What was their reason for denying your claim? I feel lucky, cause my FFL is a lawyer, so that's a good FFL to have in a case like this!

Thanks man. The CC company said cuz the sellers return policy was “as is, no returns”. Yea a Lawyer FFL would be nice, at least I’m good friends w my FFL and I’ve been one before.

@@devildog_iii3492 "As-Is" does not mean they can sell you a broken gun unless they explained and detailed the issues before the sale. If it was detailed that the gun worked beforehand, than you need to contact someone else that can help you.

Totally agree, they said it was a working firearm. Then when I sent pics they said there was definitely something wrong and since I have an A+ rating they would “look” at it. Wish I would of posted pics of other people’s feedback on video.. rt now im still waiting on GB fraud report

No offense but buy s&w or glock your life is worth more than $300 so buy brands that are proven. Just my 2 cents

I know man, have plenty of other options. Wouldn’t carry anything without 1000rds thru them anyway. The grey PM9 thou shot great w no issues w around 700rds in a couple hrs. But I’ll stick w my 340 or PCR for now until sig gets their act together or CZ comes out w the M in the US. Kinda wanting to try the p10s but wanted a real small single stack, smaller than the pps and shield

Never had any issues with them at all will buy from them all the time. I would not carry it get what you pay for

Yea definitely not carrying it. I get what I pay for? I paid a premium for it and it’s an unusable piece of shit they won’t stand behind. I paid less for another one in great condition.
