Tip: If you pour your boxed chicken stock so that the opening is at the top rather than on the bottom, it won't splash and glug. Broccoli rice and cheese casserole is a major favorite of mine. I'm so grateful you shared your recipe. 💛👍🏻

I love this casserole but I usually add shredded chicken to this & some garlic powder instead of the onions. We love it.

Something I just noticed about your method is that you follow your own cookbook recipe. I have only a few recipes for proven, well liked things, but I always pull out my own written down recipes to make them, so I don't miss an ingredient. You and Laura Vitale are the only cooking channels I watch because of authenticity, straight talk and cooking makes the both of you as well all of us happy. I hope you and Chris have a great holiday season.

Hi Tammy & Chris! There is NO way anyone could ever say they don't like broccoli if they ever tried this casserole! Seriously...it is just that good! My crew devours this casserole! While we've used fresh broccoli instead of frozen, we couldn't resist experimenting with freeze-dried broccoli and freeze-dried cheese. The casserole was still just as good according to a side-by-side taste test! Thanks so much for another video, y'all! 🌞
