For the life of me, I don't know why they don't just superimpose the camera facing the game and shot clock onto the score bug, like they did in OT. More often than not, the scoring bug clock is wrong.

I'm willing to bet the graphics operator was in manual control of the scorebug (as opposed to being connected to the official scoreboard), and he or she wasn't keeping up with the game clock.

ESPN+ doesn't connect their scorebug to the Daktronics scoreboard system. Daktronics does allows real time clock to be shown if the stream is connected to Daktronics scoring system

ODU led basically the entire game. Then this, then to lose in overtime. For those confused, the announcers weren't at the game. They were watching it off-site and the clock on their broadcast was off.

in college basketball, every single team can make their conference tournament. even 1-32 detroit mercey made it to theirs lol. and the winner gets an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. which is the only way some of these smaller schools can even make it

Texas State has since upset the number 6 seed in the Sun Belt, Southern Miss and the number 3 seed, Troy.

Saw someone in your conference tournament winners video from last year say that it was stupid that the conference tournament champion gets the auto bid over the more deserving regular season champion. If we give the regular season champion the auto bid why even play the conference tournaments because the majority them will only get that one team in. Or if we also gave an auto bid to the tournament champion that would mean last years tournament would’ve had 10 or 11 less at large teams.

0:01 into the video - 17.8 second TV clock and a 13.0 second game clock.

I once saw a similar thing happen in the NBA. Game 4, 1994 Western Conference Finals, Rockets vs. Jazz.
