With this recipe, you can't go wrong. The sponge cake will come out perfectly every time if you follow my instructions. I did it countless times and each time it turned out perfectly.
INGREDIENTS:
-180g( 3/4 cups + 1 tablespoons) self-rising flour
-180g (3/4 cups) sugar
-5 eggs
*Bake it at 165C (329F) for about 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don't open the oven for the first 30 minutes to avoid sinking in the middle.

Hello. What do you mean by whisky? You need to whisk the eggs until it triples in volume otherwise the sponge cake won't grow when is baked.🥰

Hola.. meeeeeeeeeencanto la receta soy principiante..he hecho otras panetelas y me han quedado dura malísimas..y veo está muy buena..que puedo hacer para que la panetela me quedé muy suave y blanquita...si nos sería mucha molestia me puede decir la taza de que tamaño es..?..muchas gracias Dios te bendiga.

Hola. Me alegra mucho que te gusten mis recetas. Usé la bandeja de 20 cm. Para que quede de color más claro hay que batir mucho los huevos (5-10 minutos) y al incorporar la harina no mezclar mucho, aunque tenga algunos grumos. Mira el video y te ayudará. Éxito.
