This happens in fast part of the song section called "Umbilical Syllables", the sixteenth note is between 650 and 691 BPM, then it closes with a 29/16 played as 9/16 + 6/8 + 4/8. (9/16 + 12/16 + 8/16 = 29/16)
I put by mistake 5/8 where is 9/16, so this 29/16 would be the main time signature for the next section of the song called "Facilis Descenus Averni".

i wad about to be mad about the 5 but then i read the description. that mistake is pretty common actually
ever thought doing some tetragrammaton?
I see the voice part as 3/4 4/4 2/4. And from 3/4 to 4/4 it literally eats time, or just breaks the time or whatever the correct term is.

Are the 15/16 parts actually 4/4? I tried transcribing this and when I put it in 15 I think there should be an extra 16th at the end, which would correspond to the next measure (20/16) starting with the accented hit. I listened to this in .25x speed and it seems like the 15/16 parts sound a little off so could they be 4/4? If you give me your email, I could send what I have to you if you want; it's in MuseScore so you can listen to it too! I'm not good with music theory so I'm probably completely wrong though
The part at 0:19 is actually 29/16.
