    Desert landscaping in the Desert.. not a fan. This property is on a pit, the Neighbor can spit on it and every kid jumps to this sitting area in the courtyard 😅

    Handicap and elderly accessible, absolutely not. Child and pet safe, no, not even a consideration. I look at some of these designs and think, beautiful architectural designs, good use of form and structor. Nice lines, transitions and some good use of space. But, I look at the house and think, I want a home that is safe for my children, future grandchildren and pets to run around and play in. I want a home that my family can visit and be comfortable and safe to move around in. I have family friend and coworkers that have stability issues, use walkers and wheelchairs, and assistance devices. Many of these beautiful home designers don’t take into consideration these issues. With all the transitions in the floor, gaps and loose rocks, you are easily looking at a fall, broken ankle or other injury. Not to mention liability if someone is injured.

    I completely understand. The way the tiles are separated are an option when building these homes. Blue Heron can fully customize your home to your liking.

    So what happens since there is no gate currently and I just walk into a model home? I see several videos on KZread already. I’ve never heard of showing proof of funds to view model homes before that’s a first? Is crypto consider proof of funds? Can I show a wallet with $3m in it etc

    @@AlanHuiRealty I toured Ascension today. Looking forward to your videos on Incline. Dylan said the cesena lot is 12k feet which is very big. Avg is 8500 sq ft. Would be nice to see what 8500 backyard looks like. He said 25% upgrades is normal, and 50% upgrades to make the house look like model. IMO at that point wouldn’t it be cheaper to just get basic upgrades and have an outside contractor do what you want inside?
