I know of a family who had a home shape like this one in the video. The location was outside of Nashville, Tn , it was a beautiful home . I like the kitchen, I am a *Detail Lady* . I like this home too on here !!! If I could have my dream home with all kinds of Details , it would cost me Tens of Million Dollars. Sitting on our 300 acre land in another State. The pantry will be bigger than the one in this home in the video ( double or triple size ). And the Bulter kitchen would have a separate room , not built into the kitchen. I would want 3 refrigerator drawers made into the islands. Rather have Viking Appliances !!

I’m in Canada looking to purchase a place either in Florida or Texas as a second residence for vacations and to spend some time from the Canadian frigid winters. What’s the weather like where these houses are? I hear lately that there’s a lot of killer tornadoes 🌪️

The weather can be extremely hot at times in Texas. The tornados have been sparring recently out of nowhere but usually not a reoccurring event. Texas, in my opinion, is the best state and it’s shows by the continuous new residents every year. I may be bias though 😂😂

Great house, however how come you do not show the heating and cooling rooms. Come on, what about the geothermal energy system and the number of times the internal air is refreshed. I imagine these beautiful houses would have modern/futuristic cooling and heating HVAC systems. Thanks

Interesting feedback. This is a model home though meant to showcase their cosmetic features, not necessarily the hardware. Not many have asked about insulation, HVAC systems, water heater etc. I’ll keep that in mind though 👍🏼

Can they build in Polk County, Florida. I love that area and many family members here.
