I don't get the negative comments. I'm on the other side of the world to Las Vegas and I got a really good idea of the property, finishes and surroundings from this video and thought the agent was engaging and knowledgeable. Beautiful house presented very well.

Nobody does house tours like Enes. He's the best and so is his camera man.

The way the outdoor/patio areas are so well integrated with the interior of the home makes it seem much larger than 6500 sq ft.

I never thought I'd see the day when any LV "luxury builder" would admittedly cut as many HUGE corners as possible, yet still attempt to charge an exorbitant price point that SHOULD include everything you admitted they cut out "because New owner" Home automation, sunscreens/shades speaker system etc, at this advertised price point are "normal" expectation. It makes one wonder what corners were cut on "unseen" things behind the drywall, under the slab, in the roof etc, especially in a home they are trying to set a record price-point on. Beautiful home... but if you want that price it needs to be complete.

Im glad someone pointed this out. Maybe they should’ve just lowered the price and then said it would have been added in for an additional costs. Such as the automation system.

That’s what I liked about Lake Las Vegas , EVERYTHING is modern. Sometimes, Spanish & Tuscan are breath of fresh air, in a cold modern home. That feel like museums than an actual home. This is a nice house tho.

WOW, this is expensive. I know Blue Heron has a huge presence in the new developments at Lake LV - love to see what they come up with out there. This is very basic Vegas modern.

How big is the pool if you don't mind me asking? I know homes with large pools prior to the new 600sq ft restriction are in high demand and increases the home value.

F y I when you're showing homes at this price point , you should focus more on the home and showing the details that you're talking about , so your audience can get a better feel and see exactly what you're talking about. we don't need to see pictures of him and every camera view. We can't see the house. The camera operator definitely did it injustice to this home? I would have liked to see more details and close ups of the home and not so much the host.

With big doors open like that how bad are the birds and fly's or any thing that creeps or slides in?

Darin you should do better on your home tours by showing the homes versus the camera pointed on you most of the time

Watching this is frustrating you could cut 8 minutes of less camera focused on you and show the house. How about shoot the house and then do a voice over.

With the Housing Market the way it is at the moment this Home in 2 years will only be worth $4,600.000. I would wait as the Market is dropping Fast due to the cost of living.. And by the way this home is not even Lakeside .. And the ground in front of the Pool side view is Preparing for Building on . So your View will be Gone …

Lake Las Vegas is now falling victim to the vegas overcrowding problems Lake Las Vegas crime has increased a lot and the fact that most homes in the valley you can’t even get an acre let alone .75 acres it’s really not worth it
