    Great home, yet you really need to be quiet. Talk too much, too many stories… don’t want to hear stories… I just can’t stay with you… stories are mundane

    its only to benefit the video and give the home a more "outdoorsy" feel. Completely unecessary tbh.

    Primary bedroom should have direct access to bathroom and closet

  • @Keika3
    @Keika3Ай бұрын

    I prefer the primary bed, bath and closets just as they are because as the host said it keeps you from waking your spouse if you're on different sleep/work schedules etc. I personally can't stand when I'm trying to sleep then there goes my spouse clicking on every darn light within his reach 😆. I would go as far as to put a door up where the entryway to the closets and bath are because I like the room completely blacked out and silent while I sleep. One could remove part of the sink area and put an opening there on the left side of the bed (if you're facing it) if they just needed "direct" access to the bathroom but I certainly wouldn't. 😀 😊

    @user-sy7nt1ig2v I'd bet money on it. Current lofty home prices are not sustainable. People are broke. People are prematurely taking cash out of their 401Ks, using BNPL to purchase food, etc. CC debt at an all-time high of $1.13 trillion and counting. Car repossessions, evictions, foreclosures, and layoffs are all up. HOA fees, property taxes, and home insurance costs have skyrocketed in the last 3 years. Banks are also tightening their lending standards. Where are people gonna get the money to buy a home like that?

    @@jc2604 I lived in that conservative, Mormon influenced city for 22 years, shouldn't I know how conservative that city is, and the conservative Californians moving there have made it even more conservative. Now a Republican Governor and the Democrats I witnessed in Las Vegas and the state are DINO's. Las Vegas is the last big city to not have any light rail, last big city to not even have a world class art museum. Las Vega is still stuck in the 1960's
