With generous half acre lots, the opportunity to build a detached casita, and a close proximity to Harry Reid International Airport, your Home at Oasi is the perfect setting for welcoming visitors to this legendary cityscape.
Over the last couple of weeks, Blue Heron’s Nexus community division opened the doors to the newest Biophilic Show Homes in both their West and East Las Vegas locations.
The design-led development firm takes front stage when it comes to crafting an ultimate Home experience. WIth blurred lines between the indoor and outdoor spaces to sharp edges that accentuate the architectural design. The innovative concept of biophilic floor plans aims to connect our innate affinity with nature to modern interior spaces.
Biophilia theory holds that humans have evolved in harmony with nature for most of their existence and continue to possess instincts linked with natural elements, such as plants and sunlight, which many find beneficial to health and wellbeing.
“Prado’s four biophilic Home designs take cues from the landscape’s natural elements and offer fluid floor plan varieties, private courtyards, and double-height great rooms. Each Home elegantly blends the peace of the desert with the latest advancements in design, ” Blue Heron.

My wife & I just walked through this very house last Saturday. The rep was giving a tour, which I think was by appt, but he was kind and allowed us to walk the house on our own. Blue Heron Homes are very impressive in design.

Was looking for the front door when we were there. I actually prefer a pivot door instead.

If you must change things why not build the house from the ground up to exactly what you want in lieu of buying a brand new house just to remodel, waste of time and money.

Exactly. That's the only thing about majority of Vegas homes. All the houses are built on top of each other & if you pay millions for a home none should be able to look out their upstairs window down into your backyard pool area & see intimate situations, parties have to be quiet hell they be so close you can hear arguments. Really that takes value from having a house. Might as well get a apartment

Yes great point. That price point needs to align with privacy, and a good amount of space between your home and the next one.

Exactly, I don't want to talk to anyone or have parties… why do all agents think that is a selling point. I personally value peace and privacy.

The front sliding door looks like it's going to need maintenance on a regular basis by the amount of times it has to be opened and closed. Also, it takes more effort. Not something I want to deal with when I come home or leave the house.

southern nv must have a different desert than southern az. no coyotes, snakes, rodents, flies, spiders, scorpions, birds, bees, wasps, etc...that might find a wide-open house of interest? and as far as your outlook on houses with a view, i agree completely. it gets old, and is not that important. nice to have, but contentment with the layout is much more important. i have a nice, almost 180 degree, unobstructed, hillside view of mountains and rolling hills. it's beautiful, and i have privacy out back. i'd trade windbreak for the view, though, were i to move elsewhere in the desert.

They do espically the rattlesnakes and scorpions that believe it’s their space and nest in huge numbers. It’s almost like going camping in insect infested areas.

I really like that house but you couldn't shut your mouth long enough to actually show the house. You didn't show the Casita at all and You barely showed the kitchen which is a major selling point of the home. JUST SHOW THE HOME. Quit telling us how many gyms you want, you work out we get it. Let the camera person show us the home..... SMH
