While walking to the ferry this happened in Ocean Beach on Fire Island. Siren did 5 cycles of attack but I couldn't start recording until a couple cycles in. A person a couple blocks west was having a medical emergency and had to be air lifted to Long Island. The helicopter flew in a few minutes later.
