Hello everyone! I'm Chris, and I am a warning siren enthusiast who lives in Waseca, MN, and used to live in Owatonna, MN & originally Bensenville, IL. Here on my channel, you can see my many videos where I travel the midwest with my friends to see outdoor warning sirens running for either tests or real emergencies. I have been a siren enthusiast since around 2009. I upload videos every Tuesday at 5PM CT (unless I have no videos to upload).
Also, be sure to go check out and subscribe to mine, Mitchell's, and Holly's shared KZread account, HCM Rails & Crossings. We upload videos of trains and railroad crossings!
I am an official trained SkyWarn Weather Spotter, and have been since early 2016

Damn that bucket has a nice Cyclone 125!
🤔 why did it fall
That is so screechy
officially highest pitch 2001 known to exist?
Bruh that high pitched 2001 is higher than canton
Holy shit, it's got Munster beat.
High pitched 2001 definitely needs a recording soon. Also, there are a couple of nice sirens still within Blue Earth Country that should be filmed. Knowing that the Federal signal siren numbers are getting replaced quickly as they age and die out. I know of an FS eclipse in the town of Eagle Lake on the southern side of town. Also, know there is an STH-10 I believe by Eagle Lake Park. Also, there is either a 2T22 or 3T22 that is by the Madison Ave and Victory drive intersection but know if it is active. There is also a known Blue and White 3T22 in Lake Crystal as well near the school from what I have seen.
I'd say that EXTREMELY high pitched 2001 needs a recording
You can hear what sounds like an EXTREMELY high pitched 2001 in the background
Xd
OMG THEY FIXED IT!!!!!
0:59 what happened why is the siren going Off
You can tell he’s ready to warn people!
Sounds perfectly fine to me.
The pitch drops at the end but it's probably not batteries
Sounds great even surviving a fucking tornado.
The 2nd gen I was at was worse
I always wonder when someone is going to record the SRN in Le Grand that tests alongside Marshalltown
Is something wrong with it or is it just unrecorded?
@@SirenDude1003 Unrecorded, other than one ambience video a friend of mine recorded when I told him about it. There's also some sort of siren (I think it's a Model 2 but street view sucks) mounted pretty high up near the fire station, which can actually be seen from the 2001 as well.
Doesn’t sound to bad considering it got hit by a tornado
Poor SH-TT 500at. Bro fell and couldn't get up
2T22 is watching you
1.25 and 1.5 is normal speed
W A T A F A K
spirepn good 20/10
it’s not a Canadian FS Model 2, this is actually a Fedelcode Model 2.
It is a Canadian Model 2, aka Model 2-3Z. They can be identified by the very low bottom louvre, and the internals can be identified easily since the motor is on the top instead of the bottom. I made a map of Canada awhile ago and about 60-75% of the sirens in the entire country are the Canadian models.
Rip poor siren😢😢😢😢
Yep :( but then they fixed it
Sounds like my lawnmower 🤣
Rip federal signal 500
When the debris started building up, why didn't they clear it away? Water will always find it's way around an obstacle and it doesn't care where it has to go, to get around it.😮
The debris wasnt what caused the failure. The western earthen flank of the dam became overly saturated because of how much water there was from rain and pooling water in that parking lot, which weakened the earth and ultimately led to it giving way. The dam itself has remained relatively sturdy.

aw hell yes another video of this thing! reminds me of my local analogs. to bad they were replaced :/
Lucky, you actually got swa
Completely unacceptable that things like this are just allowed to happen with no consequence. Hope the lives affected are able to find solace and peace after this.
I think they should sue 😂
this just scares me to watch
Hi there. Derek with EBU News in Geneva, Switzerland. Hope you are well. I am currently working on a story and would really like to include your video. Is this your video? If so, may we have permission to use your video as per news-exchange.ebu.ch/clearance, please?
Scary!!!
why are there so many p50's in Wisconsin?
It's almost strictly Kenosha and Milwaukee Counties. Outside of those two I can only think of one and that's Hudson.
@@SirenDude1003 oh ok
NOoOooOoOooO😭😭😭😭😭😭
I am sad that the tornado siren fell over
Rip siern
When they are both running alert, it sounds awesome!!!
Woe cool implementation
THAT WAS SO LOUD
180+ db
Maybet, take it to a welding or metal shop, bring that impeller in and see if they can weld the aluminum or maybe create a new cast but I can easily imagine that aint cheap
Loud bucket dead, Panasonic won.
To your surprise, they actually managed to restore the siren and bring it to sirencon. It's still having some rotator issues tho..
I know. I was being informed by MWS as they were refurbishing it. I just uploaded a video a couple days ago that i took at SirenCon of this sounding.
This 3T22, with the blue paint, reminds me of an SD-10 that was in Richfield, MN. It was the same color as the 3T22. Sadly the SD-10 was replaced with a 2001-130 a few years ago. This 3T22 was probably installed in the late 1950's or early 1960's given the fact that it is a true GE model from the Civil Defense era.
Is it a 5hp rotating 500AT
rip p-50
h What happened to the p-50
Sounds ea lower pitched UV/MCP/MC
