I found out last minute that Blue Earth County would be re-testing the sirens on Friday, May 3rd at 2PM due to a malfunction that occurred during the test on Wednesday. I have a suspicion they're having issues getting the normal test function to run, hence why they did full alert and not the normal alert/attack/voice. For only having 6 cells, this siren was pretty punchy.
Sirens in most of Minnesota are tested the first Wednesday at 1PM, however this test was run at 2PM the following Friday due to an error during the normal test.
