    Thankyou doctor for this useful information, your videos are very helpful and my mother too was happy after having consultation with you for her diabetes. Im a foodie and want to lose weight but I lead a sedentary lifestyle sitting front of laptop the whole day. however my weight is stagnant from 3 plus years no matter what I eat or how much I eat..I have a very good metabolism since childhood and I don't feel full unless my dinner is heavy..I tend to eat a lot at night ..if I eat less the food gets digested within 2hrs fr me. My day time meals are usually less, but always end up eating dinner heavy. Is it OK if I eat less during the day and eat heavy at night.

    I dont agree with protein powder intake isntead i suggest taking egg whites or paneer.. As i have witnessed someone takibg protein powder and got diabetic with so many changes in tgeir digestive system and had to stop protein powder immediately as per physicians advice. Never rely on readymade supplements or foods.
