Oatley On the Go
In her Intuitive Kitchen, Madeleine shows us how to quickly & easily create a very hearty rolled-oat meal that is great for both traveling, or at home. The main ingredients are the rolled oats (you can also roll 'em yourself as she does!) and chia seeds, plus a scoop of Garden-Of-Life raw organic Meal Replacer, and water. After minimum 1 hour, (usually right before eating) you can add fresh fruits, like apricots, berries, and nondairy yogurt as well, in layers, on top of the soaked oats and chia seeds. Delicious, simple, and nutritious.
