Mud Water - Delicious traditional health drink
Madeleine demonstrates how to make a tasty cup of Mud Water!
Using a base of plant-based milk, the two main ingredients are mushroom powder and either carob powder or cacao powder. She also adds a pinch of salt, some Chai tea powder, and some turmeric powder. Optional are coconut milk powder to make it thicker and more creamy, and either soaked dates or maple syrup for a bit of added sweetener.

Thank you for sharing this, I plan to try it out! Do you have a basic recipe you can share, it wasn't clear what all the scoops equate to in measures? Also, have you tried making the powder mix in bulk so all you have to do is add a few scoops to water or plant-based milk?
