It’s not that hard to get used to just need to drink it more often. Obviously the healthier you are the easier it could be. This is very true. I was born and raised in Atlanta and my grandmother had a pee can under her bed.

It definitely depends on the brand and how you like it. Some brands that only use for smoothies but I found some other brands that have vanilla and chocolate flavor which I like way better and I can drink that by itself or in my cereal.
