Oak Cutting/Chopping Board stands

Here I show the way I build a set of chopping board stands. Makes a board stand out as a statement piece so particularly good for high quality boards .
Made from a offcut of solid Oak worktop.
They are shaped to keep the maximum air flow around the board and help the board flat which helps prevent cupping.
Finished with Osmos top oil in satin.
Quick and easy project suitable for all to try if you don't have a bandsaw these parts can be done with a hand saw. Sanding can be done by hand if needed will just take a little longer.

How many hours does it take to make one of the full detailed chopping boards? Or is that part of your secret recipe not for public consumption?

Each board takes between 8 to 10 hours except the Union Jack that’s much longer as many more glue ups. Bulk of the time is sanding and finishing which is close to half the time
Also you need a little link to your Etsi site. I’ve heard you mention but it I still don’t see it?

You make a very good point was in the Chanel details but not each video have amended now should also start mentioning it in the video. Definitely will not be winning and salesman awards in the near future!!
