Same. I had zero interets in these models, and now this is one of my all time favourite cars. It's perfect.

I'd love to see ya put a 2500hp bullet in the Turk/Freiburger LSR Camaro and go for 300 at Maxton, Texas Mile, etc. I only know one car that's done it, a 2005 Ford GT. Dulcich painted it, that should be worth 5mph alone.

That's why NRE is an amazing company. They make insane 1200+ hp engines that you can drive to work on pump gas.

Maybe iam wrong but I see this n they look awesome n the numbers are crazy but I never see the cars or engines on say 1320videos or hot rod drag wk ,lots of car events all over the u.s so whts up w tht idk so just askn. ....?

NRE builds show car engines, not "Race" engines as the name implies. For example, the F-Bomb has 1500hp and runs 9's.

Hey guys yes they are definitely huge on symmetry which also adds to the show room quality engine bay builds they do. But I'd have to say all the engines he builds are up to the task of those comp's..I just feel like the dudes buyin em just wanna have fun not compete but their are some of his engines in some race classes. Look at the F-BOMB 10yrs of multiple ppl including freiberger beating the snot outta it lol. Happy motoring folks.

Because street racers go through race shops or build their own. Nelson racing is more of a SEMA shop.

Chrysler does sell a 9.4L 572 long block crate motor.

uhh... that ain't a 100k powertrain. 40k motor.. really doubt they spent 60k on a driveshaft, trans and rear..

Never seen any racer actually running an NRE motor, not one. Has ANYONE actually run a number with one of Tom Nelson's engines? Lots of tinsel and bullshit. They look great to the uninformed! Prove me wrong. Show me a competitive setup, not some burnout vid where he says "and that was only 1/4 throttle!" Lots of anodizing and billet, nobody winning races though.
