    If you need people to cheer you to do the lift then that's weakness Novikov is a beast in the making and doesn't need weakness

    Nfl and nba players train with each other in the of season as well, but definitely not to this level.

    @@jacobsvetich8735 usually way more fights and aggression in those sports. I think that pavlo fight was the only in strongman history? Could be wrong

    @@thorwannabe6810 well in those sport there literally physically battling eachother, in strongman they battle the implements. I do agree though that strongman definitely has a positive vibe and the athletes seem to mostly be very respectful.

    @@ralfburon6179 It's very very time consuming to be strong at the ranges Martins is. It's one thing to get into a position that requires high mobility and another to be strong there. It requires true dedication and it's not for everyone.

    Competitors who helped each other like teammates. Having teammates is great. It is proven humans learn from fellowship, iron sharpens iron. Great to see two technicians sharing techniques and aiding one another the perform at their very best.

    Oleksii, this type of video is perfect. Some athletes try to over produce their videos. Its great to hear that you are sore and that you like to have gym buddies to support you. I'm sure everyone who watches this will be a Novikov fan 💪

    These guys are competitors and will take large money prices away from each other. Still, they meet up and teach each other very valuable tips and tricks as if they are old friends training together and sharing knowledge. This is the true spirit og strongman. Not the BS beefs between eddie and thor where the end goal is to knock each other out... But to meet, have fun, share knowledge, show mutual respect and so on. So great to see. The TRUE spirit og strongmen!!!

    Working all the stabilizer muscles can make for a Shakey time. It's a strange feeling when you still feel strong but can't keep from shaking 😂. Great video!!

    Strongmen dont seem to compete against each other - they're competing against the weights. The weight is who they must beat - not the other guy. Makes a more friendly competition.

    @@dannybiddlecombe he mentioned it on his KZread channel a while ago I believe. He didn't want to stay at this body weight any longer than necessary. I don't know if he's moved that deadline further because of his extended time off because of the injuries.

    Just a note to the new format. Don't Cut the audio of the main clip just for the commentary. Do the commentary while the camera is pointing at you novikov, Just like the old style

    Отличное видео! На мой взгляд можно было-бы по подробнее рассказать про фишки косаемо гантели (пр: как лучше заложить на плечё/трапецию, какую экипировку использовать, подсобные упражнения, повторения - подходы- проценты, итд). Мне серогно понравилось!
