Big Fan Brian… Seen you at Texas Roadhouse in Brighton Colorado as you were leaving last night (Oct. 20, 2022), but didn’t want to bother you. I was sitting with my wife and 2 sets of twins girls. I actually went to the same High School as you (Fort Lupton High School) you’ve done our small town proud, I’m a disabled Combat Veteran who loves to lift.

To put in perspective my best circus dumbbell on my right arm is 85kg for 2 reps but on my left arm it’s 50kg for 1 rep.

This gives me a real sense of appreciation and respect for the incredible strength it takes to be able to handle a 240 pound dumbell. It's an insane level of strength.
