at 17:00 mark, JF explains that Licis in 2019 had the most dominant performance out of all wsm champions ever, actually it's tied with Mariusz in 2003 who also only missed 4 points in the whole competition, but he had to do 7 events compared to Licis' 5. I just thought of telling if somebody is interested, Licis is in ridiculous, insane strenght levels, probably 2 times wsm later this year. Great video again!

Well this comment didn't age well after the 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic. JF has a huge recovery road ahead of him. He is super smart when it comes to his body, so I could see him coming back from his injuries. Perhaps he should consider the Columbia stem cell treatments that Martins had after he has healed up from his double surgery. He took a scary fall with that Austrian Oak!!!

When I saw the picture at 0:30 , I thought of a european city, because of this castle - sorry: Château - and I heared JF ´s french accent , I thought this must be in France :-) You know, I was very often in France on holidays as a kid . Most Germans went to the overcrowded beaches of Italy, but me and my parents prefered the beautiful landscapes of southern France. And Quebec seems to carry it´s french heritage. And yes, You can be proud of it and should promote it more ! ( And you have great Metal-bands: Voivod, Kataklysm, Cryptopsy, Dahmer, Gorguts ...) Greetings from Germany !

I love that tip he gave about how he uses the traps across the entire deadlift rep. He built them up and now they are like helping hands, pulling the weight into lockout, rather than just statically holding. Might be fun to practice this on low weight, working sets of deadlift in high rep ranges to see how it pumps the traps. Using paused deadlifts like you guys have shown would probably help dial the technique down. Thanks guys.

@@agnidas5816 I know the hardest bit of the trap flex JF was doing is locking out the top, so I just started with rack pulls and a really light weight to begin with and will slowly work lower from there. As of now, I was only lifting the bar a half foot or so for a moderately tough 20 reps over 5 sets and my traps are dom'd up :)

I like the parts unknown vibe and the title North King is also great. Lot of attention to detail in the channel.
