Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

OMFG.......I almost choked up when Odd walked into the shot!!!! Seems like so long since he was in a video!! Also...........that Mike guy needs someone to start working with him........he has no idea where his natural abilities actually are! Edit: not just with the Thomas Inch.......he can budge that other dumbell!! At his size!

When you warm your grip up with those plates, are you squeezing really hard or just comfortably? I have a pretty decent grip naturally and don’t really train it, and would be interested to see what I could do with training it more specifically

@Mr JML actually damn good idea thanks, I never thought to put a fat grip on a barbell, I just use them for callisthenics, even though I deadlift a lot. Will try it after Xmas I guess.
