I think he has the prettiest one-handed backhand I've ever seen. It's even slightly more aesthetic than Federer because he flairs it more at the end (although they are virtually identical up to that point). Stan still has the best (most effective one-handed backhand of all-time in my humble opinion), but when it come to the pure beauty of the stroke, I prefer Dimitrov's.

His worse losses this year against Borges, Rune and Mensik were mostly because he was so unclutch. He had sooo many BPs in all those but couldn’t capitalise and then got easily broken or lost tiebreaks after having set points. Pain. But he won a lot of close matches too so at least that, hard to win every close match I guess.

Nadal defeated himself because of his physical fitness, unfortunately, and age has a role in poor fitness, especially Nadal, who played the most offensive attack unlike the rest. And the dirt drains Nadal very much, the best example. Watch the final summary of the last version and how he crushed Novak in the final with three sets to zero. Right, Novak is a distinguished and dangerous player, but his performance is not the reason for Nadal's loss. The reason is poor physical fitness and Nadal when he is physically fit, no one can stop him, even if Novak is at his best
