I don't usually like youtube playlists fully but this one is just right up my alley, I love it!

Does anyone else actually like their depersonalization/derealization? usually I'm mildly dissociated and that hurts. but when the "nothing is real" its me, I kinda just starting walking around with a super relaxed demeanor. Its almost like a release in a way. it feels really weird and like I'm in a dream. Since it doesn't feel like anything is real, I feel more inclined to act on my impulses, and its a bit freeing. I just lied in the grass and stared at the stars for 15 minutes. All my troubles turn into jokes.

It's been this way since I was little. it was always so much easier to find my humanity in nature than it is to find it in other humans. The human world has always felt like a nightmare to me. None of it ever feels real if I'm being honest, but for some reason I still have this intense well of empathy that gets put on the world. I can see personality in everything. Nature is so intoxicating to me that I lose myself in it. I don't even feel human at this point@@RayneyDayzzz

Yesterday, after a long period of stasis in my personal life, I went to an event, and ended up kissing a girl whom I met that same day (Even though we had already spoken once). I had the support of my friends, as I was reckoning from a truly bad relationship. Then, a few things happened and I ended up getting angry with another man, but that doesn't change that finally, after a lot, I'm starting to see some light. Yet, I feel de-realized, and I finally feel that weird sensation. Right now, I'm looking at my monitor, writing this, I feel happy, but something is off, unreal, like a dream, like if the real me was put to sleep forever. I don't know, in fact, if that's true happiness. As I'm writing this, I'm listening to this playlist, it's at 3:02, and it feels good. Guys, I hope the best for all of you, comrades, brothers, even though I don't know you all. I want to cry, joy for sure is a good emotion. Have a nice day!
