Careful your racist side showing If you are actually paying attention you will see that these people recording are actually on private land and not public land and as this is the case they must follow the rules of the business. As they have not rented a room to stay in they have no business being on that property and were clearly just there to cause problems.

The guy obviously doesn't have an SIA Licence. However, does he need one. Usually if a security company has a contract to guard premises then they put up signage around those premises stating the fact. I couldn't see any signage in the video, so maybe he's employed directly by the hotel, in which case he doesn't need one.
