@@andykod77 I would think any sign in book, being a list, is breaching the Data Protection Act as you can see who else has signed in.

They always try and twist things and make out the person recording the breach is committing the offence. This leads me to believe they are all hardwired to frame people. It seems to come very naturally to them.

LEGALS I’m a police officer, so I won’t wear a hat, won’t call you sir, will approach a stranger with my hands in my pockets and INSTANTLY hide my ID card… before barking some orders!! Other than that, he was ok (he didn’t taser you I suppose). But what was “automatic anti-social Plod behaviour” was so automatic it was embarrassing. Nothing illegal. Hands in pockets, no ID and some silly instructions. She of course was wrong - and broke the Law. The Chief Constable is NOT the “Data Controller” for the force. Also she MUST know who the data controller is, that’s the Law too ie. How to contact him/her. He will be an appointed staff member. Again this “automatic anti-social” Plodess behaviour … if in doubt, bark orders and invent a Law, or guess what the Law might be, as here. Love the classic Plod lines ... “ what you must understand… 😂😂😂😂… I’m telling you as a police officer to …😂😂😂😂 … stop filming (in a pubic area) and leave…😂😂😂😂 . Where do these people get off telling everyone what to do. When they’re so, so often very wrong in everything they say and rarely follow the Law or their own Force’s policy? I wrote this last year ill write it again ,I went in the job centre for my appointment at thursday 11,05 AM, i sat at the desk ,the lady said whats your full name and your national insurance number guy, whats your post code whats your date off birth whats your address is this your main mobile number guy . My sister was sat behind on the seat when she noticed a guy writing it all down . My sister went behind him snatched the book off him ,He jumped over the chairs and ran off out ,The book had over 200 names ,national ins numbers dates off birth addresses post codes mobile numbers in it .the police came .

Typical behavior from the coppers. They commit the offense but try and blame the innocent person for their mistakes and breach of data. The woman on reception new you were correct but STILL didn't move the folder causing further interaction with the officers.

23:45 The woman who refused to identify gets fully involved and checks what can actually be seen on the CCTV images that are on the computer screens. She says that she can't see anyone's face. At that point. What about at another time. The whole point is that CCTV records people. So the screens will have people's images on them at some point.

As PttP always says, the camera is just recording the evidence that they eyes have already seen the information. Even without a camera a data protection crime has occurred.
