Report them to a body that is mostly ex cops , and the rest are police bootlickers . ( if you want to waste your time) You can see by police ‘s attitude to being reported, they could not care less .

As an ex officer myself, this female officer displayed a completely innapropriate attitude, and she should at the very least, be spoken to, and I suspect, disciplined for this over reach and escalation. She has no grounds to take the action she did, and it makes me wonder how she ever got through training. She also cannot issue a S35 dispersal order without the authority of an Inspector. (which she clearly didn`t have).

At the end of 2 years, the employers was supposed to take them on full time. Instead they got rid of them and took on someone else for a tenner a week. Just the usual Tories making sure wealthy employers could get cheap labour. I know because my son was on one. Completely *not* thick, nor stupid since he now works in IT and has a couple of degrees and letters after his name which he got for himself, not from some scamming lowlife employer who got rewarded by the Tory scum and felt no guilt for sacking a good employee, because he was expecting to be paid a decent wage so he could support his family. If the scheme wasn't bad enough, one employer didn't pay my son for 3 weeks. I had to go and threaten him. The arsehole even begrudged the £10.

You can whine all your anti tory leftist waffle, but it did what it set out to do, train and get the youth into the working world. I wasn't accusing the participants of being young thick and stupid, I was explaining what it was known as, and like it or not, that's exactly what it was known as. I have gone on to a great career and don't regret my £29.50 per week beginning one bit.

The Karen cop said that you had been getting “mouthy” with the staff, as well as “causing trouble” and “shouting at them.”. She concluded that based on third party Information and without conducting any form of investigation or attempting to hear your side. Police used to teach the ABCs in training: A = Accept nothing B = Believe nothing & C = Challenge everything. Karen cop however, accepted what she was told by the complainants, believed what they said and never challenged anything they said. Karen cop’s interpersonal skills were awful, and she would benefit from de-escalation training (or ideally finding another job).

A good auditor would not just allow the cop to carry away his gear, when he was not detained nor under arrest. He could also have told Karen that Trespass has nothing to with the police and they have NO powers to act in a civil dispute

It is a common tactic to save themselves losing face. The most effective ones approach with an open mind, consider the facts, consider the law and their powers then make a decision. If they haven't engaged in bullying, judgemental tatics, or possibly risen to the bait of the person they are talking, they can act appropriately or they can walk away without any criticism or shame.

As a retired police sergeant I am disgusted at the behaviour of that female constable. She clearly has NO idea what she is talking about. To claim TGA is harassing, shouting, zooming in, filming private government building and other inflammatory trigger words shows she plucking things out of her arse. She has no grounds for a dispersal order and is clearly as arrogant as she is ignorant. Had she been on my section her and I would have been having strong words in my office. Section 26 Criminal Justice Act misconduct in public office fits the bill (acting under colour of law)

She seemed very agitated. I'm not sure why. If she was so confident about him being a blogger, why not just politely move him on and stay calm? If such a tame confrontation winds her up that much, I wonder how much she could be relied upon in a more serious situation, such as a ten-man brawl or a violent domestic incident? Perhaps just having a bad day, but in my experience, people usually behave the way they are.

Even if it was private then it’s a civil matter of trespass which isn’t illegal. The fact the WPC lacked impartiality and failed to investigate is astoundingly poor policing. The fact she took your stuff is theft or deprivation of property or even assault. I would have asked if they were detaining you and the fact she can’t cite any real law is an indicator of how poorly trained the police are. The fact the bloke said you were aggressive is a false police report to have them come in on blue lights.

I won't even touch on posting them, how long they last, their physical limitations and the powers inferred. In short , this female cop lied. But what would you expect from someone who obviously thinks that to be taken seriously in The Met as a cop you have to lie and make bullshot threats to citizens threats backed up by nothing. When he was able to quote the laws that is where she lost contact and did not know what he was talking about and sheepishly plucked something out of the air but when questioned could not reply as there was no such law. Her parents must be very proud to have such a ignorant daughter.

She instantly assumed they were telling the whole truth and he was lying. "You have been mouthy with them". " No I haven't". " Yes, you have". How did she know who was lying? She wasn't there.

Section 35 requires the authority of an officer of the rank of Inspector or above before a person can be given direction to leave the locality. The authorising officer must record the authorisation in writing, specify the grounds on which it is made and sign the authorisation. Practically, this can be recorded electronically on a local system. The person being directed to leave must be given a written notice. None of the above happened, so was used illegally. Take this to the highest authority, and get her off the job and the streets.

The landowner, or representative thereof, are the only ones who can tell you to leave legally. As has been stated above, should’ve walked back on under Sect 33 .

Clearly she is a tyrant who didn't bother to investigate properly, trespass is a civil matter which she should know and it seems that civil servants seem to think they are better than anyone else and clearly lack people skills when dealing with the public. I certainly hope that you make a complaint about her because it's people like her that give the force a bad name.

A Section 35 dispersal order can only be given if a section 34 order is in place for a specified area, for a specified time, and given by an officer at a rank of Inspector or higher. This was not a lawful order to disperse. A complaint should be laid against that officer for abuse of Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

Shes one of them women what will take you round the back of the pub and start a fight just for even looking at her for a second.

It sometimes feels like the police actually want the public to distrust and resent them. They see it as us vs them.
