I feel your pain, I drive in Oxford (or at least used to, before LTNs came in) I stopped at a red light and a girl on a bike rode into the back of me whilst scrolling her phone, as a witness confirmed......Picked herself up and did a runner, £450 down after that.

@@mauricecasey866 It would help if the police did their job. I've lost count of the times I've seen cyclist blatantly jump lights etc. in plain view of the police and just been ignored and left to go on their merry way.
