What a funny little trio of police. He came out all full of his own bravado, she seemed more concerned with showing off her tattoo's and the pretty one had the good sense to keep her mouth shut the whole time. What sort of police force circulates a memo not to engage people with cameras, yet they continually say they don't know about it. Can't even get the basics right about the fact they are filming and advise as such! Loved the walk of shame!

With regards to their bodycams being on, maybe instead of asking them why they didn't inform you they were on, when they're about to walk away, ask them which senior officer authorised the 'covert' surveillance of you and then tell them you're making a subject access request for that authorisation. It is absolutely diabolical that the public get charged by the police for parking on double yellow lines, yet the police themselves do it, and in this example two policemen were checking their mail, not only on a double yellow line, but also at a junction, and thus endangering other road users by blocking other road users’ view of the traffic at the junction. What will happen due to that ??? (Expletive deleted..).🤮🤮🤮

12:21 The police are bound to an authoritarian hierarchy. When accosted by two or more you should first require them to identify whomsoever is the most senior and confine your response ONLY to that one. Otherwise - as here - they will always try to bounce you around one to the other as a means of bullying control. Do not allow it. If they are all of equal rank, the 'most senior' is the one whom you've been employing the longest. The others are then your silent witnesses to the behaviour of the senior one, whom you've pinned down on camera and microphone as now responsible for whatever goes on.

Just because you have the right to be an idiot doesn't mean you should be. You also have the right to clamp your balls in a vice grip. I imagine you don't go around filming that do you?

Another great job Daniel, wish you had done a drone flight to see just how many empty parking spots in that police car park 👍
Really good interaction with a member of the public at the end too
“You’re a perfect man for the job”. Best audit comeback I’ve heard in a while 😂
That was a great chat you had with the passerby. Gave you a chance to have an in the spot view of how you think the police interaction went

When will they learn? 1. Bodycams. 2. Get your hands out of your vests. 3. Hostile reconnaissance is COVERT by it's very nature. 4. Read the damn memo.
Brilliantly handled, they have no clue!
How weird to think they can just approach somone, asking intrusive questions when dressed in civilian clothes. How about a proper greeting & identifying yourself?
"We will be putting in an intelligence report...." 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 'We saw a man. He was outside the police station. He would not tell us anything. I can't remember what he looked like. I didn't like it. I was upset.' Great intelligence.
The quality of police nowadays is shocking. They’ll accept anyone 😂
Another superb PTTP audit that ticks all the boxes. Pure excellence and even drawing in an audience. Fantastic ! 😎👍
love it . knowledge is power. keep doing what your doing son.
Thanks for sharing 💯. People need to be aware of their tactics. Funny how they don’t know much about their policy for letting members of the public know that they are filming 📷
Wow Power you're so great at sending them down a dead end and putting a full stop to their tricks and agenda
It’s funny how they all do the little shoulder turn when giving there details 😂

Councils dismiss all police inappropriate parking Because the monies !!!!! The people have become extremely terrified of persons meant to help !
The officer at 07:00 approached all sheepishly as though she was worried. Then when asked for warrant card, got the hump and went inside. So she couldnt of thought you were that much of a security risk.

@@paintspot1509 ??? A police offer questioned the member of the public and then the person asked for identification, which the police officer has to give. If shes so concerned with being attacked randomly then maybe she should stay home or find different employment.
I couldn’t keep my eyes off of the younger officer; she knows better than all of the others combined how to politely and effectively interact with citizens doing nothing in violation of laws.

Really admire you for the way you expressed yourself so elequently from start to finish in this video. Loved the bit about "Unfortunately. Well, unfortunately for you but fortunate for me" with regards to you not having to give them your name, whereas they are obliged to identify themselves to a member of the public. As for body cam notification thing, I could see that coming up a mile away, after observing the tele-tale red flashing lights (which of course, in itself does not count as official notification).

Nope they do not have to let people know if they are being videoed. The same in the US.
You gave an answer to their questions the problem is that they don't like the answers, I myself love your answers. They do hate us having right. See how they don't know their own policy or even care

Not only should that be an IOPC complaint, because they were effectively filming covertly without authorisation, you should also contact the ICO with a GDPR complaint. At some point data gatherers (Police) will have to be made accountable.

Then PTTP and all these "auditors" should get filed against as well then. They film random passerby's without their consent either.
Tell them "No" and their years of veiled threats, intimidation and unlawful behaviour just slide into history, along with their egos.
