Nose Manual Science - How to avoid common problems
Спорт
Why are Ollie nose manuals hard? Is that really because you are not putting enough weight on your front foot? It might be true but understanding the human body's biomechanics might help you learn this trick more efficiently.
This time, we will analyze the nose manual from a biomechanical point of view.

This skate video is so futuristic and gives a completely thorough explanation of the mechanics of the nose manual. Wonderful!
Those almost impact boards are so good, and criminally overlooked/underrated. I have a double impact that’s probably ten years old(I don’t think they’ve made the double impact since 2015) I’ve slid through the bottom ply on both ends, and it’s still the stiffest poppiest board I have. I don’t think they get the same love as flight and vx decks, which is a shame bc they’re much cheaper, not much more than a standard wood deck and still feel/sound like wood but better
I love nose manuals, I just can't do them for long periods of time.

I hate them, they're way too risky. They look cool but I'm not doing them.
This is totally exact !! Flat foot landing is the key
Very informative. I enjoy how you break down the body's biomechanics while doing the trick. Great video!!!
Another great explanation, such well made videos!
This might be your best video even though it's not the most romantic trick. All the emphasis on reflexes and instincts is really insightful and helpful
Always happy to see another upload! Loving each and every one
Such high quality content ❤

I think he means nose wheelies (manuals without ollies) are much easier than ollieing into nose manuals. This is especially true in terms of reaction and position timing.

Hey im new Skater and im working on the pressure flip could you please explain the physic of that and why i can’t do it?
Great vid helped me a lot. But kind of a unrelated question to the video, why is there a sing "do not be naked" in the skatepark? Were there people regularly skating naked? Or what is the story behind that sing if you happen to know.

It’s a city-owned public skatepark. The city says it has to close the park when good civilians around the park complain it too much.

why does the one sign specifically say not to be naked? was that a common issue?

I think your front foot is to far up the nose it should be closer to the bolts have a look at anyone who's good at manuals
This is a lot of effort just to say "keep weight even and centred"

This tricks is Spanish, because its a nose Manuel

do not be naked
If you want to learn how to flip out of nose manuals, you actually want to put alot of pressure and 'pinch' the toe side of your nose
